  3. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging with no visible wear on soles.
  4. All protective films, tags, and accessories must remain intact.

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of outdoor wear.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  1. Final sale or clearance items
  2. Customized or special-order items
  3. Items returned without original packaging
  4. Worn or damaged products not caused by manufacturing defects

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Process

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following the return procedure.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
